Cetunu operates as a professional travel agency providing comprehensive travel services including but not limited to:

We act as an intermediary between you and various travel service providers. While we strive to ensure accuracy in all information provided, the ultimate responsibility for services lies with the respective suppliers.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings made through Cetunu are subject to availability and confirmation from our service providers. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us via email to the address provided during booking.

3.1 Payment Requirements

Full payment or a deposit (as specified at the time of booking) must be received before your booking can be confirmed. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Any outstanding balance must be paid by the date specified in your booking confirmation.

3.2 Pricing

All prices quoted are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change until full payment has been received. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations, changes in taxes, fuel surcharges, or other factors beyond our control.


4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms vary depending on the specific services booked and the policies of our suppliers. Generally, the following conditions apply:

  • More than 60 days before departure: Cancellation fee of 25% of total booking value
  • 30-60 days before departure: Cancellation fee of 50% of total booking value
  • 15-29 days before departure: Cancellation fee of 75% of total booking value
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund available (100% cancellation fee)

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations are effective from the date we receive your written notice. Please note that certain bookings, including but not limited to promotional fares and special packages, may be non-refundable.

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer of Cetunu, you are responsible for:

  1. Ensuring that all information provided during booking is accurate and complete
  2. Holding valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents
  3. Arriving at departure points with sufficient time before scheduled departures
  4. Complying with all laws, regulations, and customs requirements of countries visited
  5. Obtaining necessary vaccinations and health certificates
  6. Having adequate travel insurance coverage
  7. Reviewing all booking confirmations and notifying us immediately of any discrepancies

6. Limitation of Liability

Cetunu acts as an agent for various travel service providers and is not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, or negligence of such providers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services, excluding the cost of third-party supplier services.

We are not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes, weather conditions, or mechanical breakdowns.

7. Changes to Bookings

Any changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur amendment fees charged by both Cetunu and the service providers. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests, but cannot guarantee that changes will be possible. All change requests must be made in writing and are subject to our approval.

8. Complaints and Disputes
